Submit a Nomination

In addition to your contact information and contact information for the nominee, please submit a compelling narrative summary of why the nominee deserves to be honored, outlining the nominee’s contributions to museums, the museum profession, and/or the larger museum community (500-word maximum).

Note that while not required at the nomination stage, additional information (such as the nominee’s resume or CV) may be requested for finalists.
