Subscription Missing Issue Claims
If you ordered a subscription for Museum or Exhibition and did not receive one or more issues, please submit a claim by completing the information in the fields below. The Alliance Customer Service team will review your claim and respond within 2 business days.
If your organization uses its own formal claim report, you can email it to firstname.lastname@example.org instead of completing this form. If you have questions, call Alliance Customer Service at 866-226-2150 for assistance.
