Monday April 28, 3:30-5:30 p.m.

Sam Cassidy  Leaders share one thing in common—they need followers. How do leaders best attract, energize, and align themselves with their institutions and those who follow them? Join other museum CEOs and acclaimed facilitator Sam Cassidy in a provocative discussion to assess your needs as a museum CEO/director in four key areas: building a healthy organization, skill building, succession planning, and career renewal. What are the leadership characteristics that enable you to support the health of your institution? How can you best identify and nurture new leadership among your staff?  What skills do you need to strengthen your leadership capabilities? How do you ideally prepare for career transition and renewal? This forum promises insightful conversation, relationship building and peer-to-peer exchange of ideas. (Attendance is limited to current museum directors, presidents, CEOs and COOs only).
