Payment
All registrations, ticketed events, and memberships must be prepaid by check or credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express). Any registration forms received without payment will be subject to processing delays. Purchase orders and government training forms are not acceptable forms of payment.
Group Registration
The first three individuals register at the published registration rate. The fourth and all subsequent registrations may subtract $25 off published registration fees.
Daily registrations, student, guest and other already discounted rates are not eligible for this discount. To receive this discount by mail or fax, all completed registrations from the same institution must be submitted together, with payment.
When registering online, the group discount is automatically applied.
Cancellations/Refunds
All cancellation requests must be made in writing via fax, mail or email. Cancellation requests made before March 30, 2012 will receive a full refund of registration and event fees. Cancellation requests received between March 30–April 13, 2012 will receive a 50% refund of registration fees only. Event fees cannot be refunded after March 30. Cancellation requests will not be accepted after April 13, 2012.
