Writing performance evaluations and coaching employees through performance problems are among the most challenging aspects of any manager’s job. It becomes even more challenging as our budgets shrink and we have to do more with less. But ignoring or not properly addressing personnel problems can be costly to your museum. This 90-minute webinar will give supervisors and managers valuable information about legal and other aspects of the performance evaluation process, coaching and terminating employees. The web conference learning experience will be extended using the Online Forum on the AAM website, exclusively for registrants and presenters. The forum will serve as an information and entry portal for web conference participants. Each participant will receive a login and password to access the forum.
The forum is where AAM posted all handouts and other resources from the webinar, so that registered attendees are able to download the materials and have them on hand during the program.
Reminder: The forum will require a unique login and password that will only allow the login to be used in a single instance. You will not be able to share the username and password with multiple people for simultaneous use.
