DESCRIPTION
Join organizational and leadership experts John Durel and Anita Durel for this program that focuses on the importance of the mission statement as the driving force behind all institutional decision making. It will also address the relationship of the mission statement to other important documents: a Vision statement, an institutional Values statement, a Strategic Plan, and a Case for Support.
