Description Registration Presenters Webinar FAQs Online Community Sponsorship Opportunities
Description
Getting off to the right start in project management makes all the difference. In this webinar we will explore the many considerations in developing a project scope of work, including goals and objectives, measures of success, schedule, milestones, budget, assumptions and constraints, action steps and deliverables, and roles and responsibilities. We will also explore the use of feasibility studies, requests for proposals, and the importance of continuous planning as you reach milestones. While the webinar will not delve into the many project management software programs, we will cover some of the vocabulary and task breakdown critical to planning and typically found in software programs.
