DESCRIPTION
The plan was great but... aaargh... real life is different! In this webinar, Myriam Springuel will review the project planning process and how to use those plans to keep the project on track. We will focus on the reality of implementing the project, exploring what goes wrong and why; and what you can do to stay on track, on budget, and on time.

How Will I Benefit?
After participating in this webinar, you will be able to better manage your projects, understand your role as a project manager, and employ tools and skills for successful project implementation with an emphasis on people skills.
