
Professional Education Fellowships
Thanks for your interest in AAM Professional Education Fellowships!
AAM Professional Education offers a variety of fellowship options in collaboration with the AAM Standing Professional Committees (SPCs) and fellowships through the AAM Emerging Museum Professionals (EMP). Fellowship opportunities are announced as soon as program content and logistics are finalized. Fellowships include:
Awards
Fellowship awards vary from program to program (including the AAM annual meeting) and generally (but not always) include:

Complimentary program registration

A travel stipend
-
Recognition on the AAM Professional Education webpage and printed program materials

Acknowledgement at the specific program
Guidelines
While specific guidelines may vary, in general application and support documents must be received six weeks prior to the program date. A selection committee will review applications and select recipients.
All applications will receive notification four weeks prior to the program, which will include specific details about AAM expectations of fellowship recipients.
Fellowship recipients must individually register for the Professional Education program or Annual Meeting and must include a copy of their award letter with their registration form.
