You are evaluated after each visit by the museum and program staff (and Accreditation Commission for accreditation visits). Each group has a different perspective on your performance and evaluates you in different areas, but on the same rating scale and against the same criteria. A few months after your visit you will receive a single report that combines all the evaluation results.
The purpose of the peer reviewer evaluation system is so you get consistent and constructive feedback, AAM can identify areas where additional training or support for peer reviewers is needed, and the MAP and Accreditation programs stay accountable to the museums they serve.
