You can apply to become a peer reviewer for either MAP or Accreditation or both—you only need to submit one application. Applications are reviewed throughout the year.

• Determine which program you would prefer. Read the individual job descriptions for MAP Reviewer versus Accreditation Visiting Committee Member

Application Form:

• Fill-In Application in Word and email to peer-review@aam-us.org.
• E-mail peer-review@aam-us.org to receive an application form by mail.

Next Steps
After Peer Review staff receive your completed application, you will receive a confirmation notice. MAP applications are reviewed by AAM staff. Accreditation applications are reviewed by AAM staff and approved by the Accreditation Commission.

Once accepted, you will be notified and receive an orientation packet that will help you get started. The profile asks about various areas and levels of expertise and is used to match you with the appropriate site visit.
