New Peer Reviewer Agreement 
This form is required of all peer reviewers as of March 1, 2009.  It supercedes the past peer review agreement, and more clearly defines conflicts of interest for peer reviewers.  Please read and sign the form, and return it to our offices via fax (202) 289-6578, or via USPS at: Peer Review Program, American Association of Museums, 1575 Eye St. NW, Suite 400 Washington, DC 20005.
