MAP Peer Review Site Sample Agenda

Below is a brief version of an agenda. The museum and reviewer should work together to develop a comprehensive agenda that is geared more toward the needs of the organization and to hone the objectives of the site visit. Key staff/Board Members/Advisory Committee members/community members should be included to give the reviewer a complete view of the organization.  Depending on the size of the organization, the type of assessment, and the number of objectives listed, the schedule and number of days may vary.
