Virtual Museums Advocacy Day
We recognize that many people couldn't come to Washington, D.C., for Museums Advocacy Day. This year we offered a live virtual conference providing advocates with issue briefings and political updates, along with the tools needed to set up local meetings with elected officials.
“Local visits back home are a great way to reinforce the message being delivered on Capitol Hill,” said Alliance President Ford W. Bell. “And our ‘How To’ guide to setting up a local meeting with your elected officials makes it easy to participate in this important field-wide event, even if you can’t come to Washington, D.C.”
