Contemporary art gallery provides robot-assisted tours to beat stay-at-home orders

The Hastings Contemporary, in England, is providing tours via telepresence robot–always a boon to people with mobility impairments, and the only way to experience the gallery while it is closed due to COVID-19.

In an effort to remain in business while providing content for those under stay-at-home orders, museums and galleries around the world have expanded their online presence with offerings including high-resolution imagery, archival videos, and experimental programming.
