Jackie Armstrong
Jackie Armstrong is the Associate Educator, Visitor Research and Experience at the Museum of Modern Art, where she works cross-departmentally on research and evaluation, centering audiences’ voices and thinking about how to improve visitor experience. Increasingly, Jackie draws on personal experiences and research of trauma to inform her work in the museum, in particular for helping shape the Artful Practices for Well-Being initiative. She holds a Master’s in Museum Studies from the University of Toronto, and has completed studies in ancient art and archaeology, anthropology, and tourism management systems.
