The LGBTQIA+ Museum Staff & Students PAG of the New England Museum Association, and AAM’s LGBTQ+ Community group, are hosting an informal gathering to provide support and conversation to help navigate these uncertain times.

A PAG co-chair will facilitate a brief presentation on allyship and resilience before opening up a discussion. Participants are invited to consider the following questions, provide feedback to others during the session, or simply listen and provide moral support. 

• What LGBTQIA+ or general DEI initiative are you working on that feels overwhelming?
• What are your biggest barriers to making change at your organization?
• What do you need from us to help you move this initiative forward?
