Join representatives from McKinsey & Company’s Connected Leaders Academy (CLA) and from AAM to learn more about bringing an exciting, free learning opportunity to your museum!

This fall, McKinsey & Company’s CLA will offer two free capacity-building journeys, Leadership Essentials and Management Accelerator, to Asian, Black, and Hispanic and Latino colleagues. This virtual learning opportunity is designed to help accelerate talent development and address gaps for underrepresented talent in the pipeline. Learn more about these two CLA programs and the benefits of participating.

Museum participants will also receive additional resources and support from AAM throughout the McKinsey & Company program, including “fireside chats” with leaders in the field. To participate, each museum will be asked to identify at least one individual to serve as Program Champion.

This informational webinar will explain more about this opportunity, who should act as Program Champion, and next steps for how your museum can enroll attendees in these CLA programs.
